PDF Parcel is operated by a natural person, so there is no legal form and no authorised representative to state — section 5(1) no. 1 DDG asks for both only from legal entities.
The DDG replaced the Telemediengesetz on 14 May 2024. The duty this page discharges used to sit in section 5 TMG, which no longer exists.
Contact
Section 5(1) no. 2 DDG asks for details that allow fast electronic contact and direct communication, including the email address. It is printed here as a working link rather than spelled around, because an address a reader has to decode is not directly reachable.
A telephone number is not strictly required (Court of Justice of the European Union, 16 October 2008, C-298/07). The court does require a second route alongside email that allows rapid and direct communication, and the number above is that route.

Further statutory details
Section 5 DDG lists further details. Some of them do not apply here, and that is a different thing from a missing entry — so both are said outright.

VAT identification number
VAT identification number under section 27a UStG: DE300463040. Section 5(1) no. 6 DDG requires the entry once a number has been issued.

Register entry
A natural person enters the commercial register only by registering as an eingetragener Kaufmann, and no such registration exists. There is therefore no register entry to state under section 5(1) no. 4 DDG.

Supervisory authority
Selling a Mac app needs no official authorisation, so there is no supervisory authority to name under section 5(1) no. 3 DDG.

Regulated profession
PDF Parcel is not offered within a regulated profession. The chamber, professional title and professional rules of section 5(1) no. 5 DDG do not apply.

Editorial content

Dispute resolution
Consumer arbitration
The duty to make a statement under section 36(1) of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG) does not apply here. It falls only on traders who employed more than ten people on 31 December of the previous year; section 36(3) VSBG expressly exempts smaller ones, and this operation is below that threshold.
Independently of that, section 37 VSBG obliges every trader to point to a competent arbitration board once a dispute has actually arisen.
There is deliberately no link here to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform. Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, which the platform rested on, was repealed by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 of 19 December 2024. The platform stopped accepting complaints on 20 March 2025 and was shut down on 20 July 2025; a link to it would lead nowhere.
