English and German are both read. The app ships in twenty languages; this site speaks two so far.
What there is not
PDF Parcel is not released yet. There is no support queue, no ticket system, no contact form and no chat — the two ways above are all there is.
This page states no response time. A promise nobody has measured would not be information, it would be a claim; and it cannot be measured until there is something to measure.
There is no separate address for press or for service of documents. The address on the imprint is the one that applies.
